Application Requirements
- Income must be at least 3x current monthly rent
- No EVICTIONS may exist on record
- Credit must be in good standing
- All bankruptcies must be discharged in the past 2 years
- The following items will be required upon your first meeting:
- Non-refundable $50 application fee
- Picture-ID and social security card for all potential residents
- Birth certificates for anyone under 18 years of age
- Six most recent paycheck stubs or proof of income
- Copy of court order for child support/information
