Revitalizing Islandview Village Since 1978

Grant funds were committed from LISC, Hudson-Webber Foundation, the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan and World Vision for the development of Phase II of the Field Street In-Fill Housing Project.  This phase included the rehabilitation of 5 apartment units in one building and the construction of 23 two and three-bedroom rental townhouse units.  New townhouse construction began in December 1996 and was completed in July of 1998.  The 5-unit rehabilitation project was completed in 2000.
