Revitalizing Islandview Village Since 1978
Church of the Messiah Housing Corporation’s (CMHC) Property Management Division handles overall property management for St. Paul Manor Apartments (36 units), Kingston Arms Apartments (24 units), El Tovar Apartments (72 units), and Islandview Village Townhouses (44 units). Five full-time and four part-time staff oversee all marketing and leasing of CMHC properties, tenant screening and qualifying for tax credit compliance and Section 8 income certifications, rent collections, evictions, and building and grounds maintenance.
